Beyond the Budget

A simple Joomla-based Content Management System (CMS). It includes a Blog engine in the Articles section and RSS feeds. I was responsible for all of the graphics used on the site. A custom Joomla template was created for this site.

CS Fiber Art

A Drupal Content Management System (CMS) artist site featuring image galleries and blogs. A custom "dark" Drupal theme was developed for this site, including the Drupal admin interface. Galleries and slideshows can be completely managed by the Client via the front-end of the web site.

Visual Masterworks

This professional photographer's site was built using the Joomla-based Content Management System (CMS). All images are from the client, but the merging of the client logo and mountain image in the banner was my design. A custom Joomla template was created for this site. The photo galleries use a 3rd party Flash gallery plugin for Joomla.

Colorado Mortgage Banking

This Online Mortgage site was built using the Drupal Content Management System (CMS). This is a completely custom Drupal site and theme. It contains custom Drupal modules, and extensive web-based forms, including a full mortgage application form. It also includes private content areas for registered users of the site.

BRAIN Networking Group

This local networking group site was built using the Drupal Content Management System (CMS). This is a complex site involving Google maps, a Calendar, private group postings, and individual business profile pages. Each business has it's own login to modify their own profiles. Each group leader can manage the members of their group along with their group profiles. A banner advertising system is set up to help fund the site. The client had no budget for a completely custom theme, so a variation of the standard Drupal Garland theme was used.

NLMoore Creative, Inc.

Casey's Jewelry Creations

This site sells handcrafted jewelry. A PayPal shopping cart is used to provide the simplest ecommerce solution possible. The customer's budget didn't permit a full Content Management System, but the PHP code for the site was still designed to make it very easy for the client to modify her product list, prices, etc. The shopping pages are dynamically created from her product lists using PHP code. The Client supplied the images for the site.

Fit to be Organized

This is a completely customized Joomla-based Content Management System (CMS) site. I also designed the company logo for this site. A personalized portfolio page for the owner of this business was also created.

Slightly Morbid

A emergency email notification system. This site was designed to be very clean and simple since it needed to be useable by older, less computer-savvy users. While the design is simple, the backend is very complex and implements a full database-driven email notification system. The entire site is created with completely custom PHP code with an emphasis on security. I also created all of the Flash animations for the site.

Zugg Software

Our oldest site, initially created in 1996 and redesigned in 2001. The focus of this site is functionality rather than design. The site is completely database driven (custom Content Management System - CMS) and is used to sell and support software. A Discussion Forum (based upon PHPBB) is used to communicate with customers for bug reports and suggestions. A Knowledge Base contains over 2,000 help articles and is synchronized with the in-software help system via XML data feeds. A Download area allows customers to download software files. A Blog is used to publish articles on various topics. A full ecommerce shopping cart system is used to sell software, both via PayPal and via Credit Cards on the vendors own merchant account. A software license system allows customers to log in and view their software purchases and retrieve their license keys. An extensive administrative back-end allows the Client to complete manage the site and set access controls allowing other users to moderate the forums and update the knowledge base. I was responsible for all aspects of this site including the design, back-end database, PHP coding, and all graphics work.
